THOMAS A. DOLO
Tom's professional background includes 18 years' service with the Royal
Canadian Mounted Police and the Vancouver Police Department. His experience
included assignments with the Vancouver Police Department's Strike Force
and Traffic Enforcement Sections, with the Coordinated Law Enforcement
Unit (CLEU), and with undercover operations.
With his extensive background in surveillance and investigation, Tom has
been featured on CBC Television's Venture as heading one of "the most innovative
